B = 4x² - 9 - (2x + 3)(5x - 7)

1) 4x² - 9 = (2x)² - 3² = (2x - 3)(2x + 3)

factorisation : 4x² - 9 - (2x + 3)(5x - 7)

= (2x - 3)(2x + 3)  - (2x + 3)(5x - 7)

= (2x + 3)(2x - 3 - (5x - 7))

= (2x + 3)(2x - 5x - 3 + 7)

= (2x + 3)(-3x + 4)

2) développement : (2x + 3)(-3x + 4) = -6x² + 8x - 9x + 12

                                                           = -6x² - x + 12

3) B = 0 ⇔ (2x + 3)(-3x + 4) = 0

2x + 3 = 0      ou      -3x + 4 = 0
