ago = il y a ( se place en fin de phrase )

1:She was born in the same year as me.

She est est née la même année que moi.

==> Elle est né il y a 13 ans ( évidemment tu mets ton âge )

==> She was born 13 years ago.

2: They arrrived on Saturday.

Ils/Elles sont arrivé(e)s samedi.

==> Ils sont arrivés il y a deux jours.

==> They arrived two days ago.

3: We had breakfasts at 7 this morning.

Nous avons priis notre petit déjeuner à 7h ce matin.

==> We had breakfast 3 hours ago.

( La réponse va dépendre du moment où tu parles )

4: They visited London last January.

==> They visisted London a month ago. ( il y a un mois )

5: He came back the day before yesterday.

( the day before yesterday = avant hier )

==> He came back 2 days ago. ( il y a 2 jours )

6: His train left a 9 a.m. ( Son train est parti à 9h )

==> His train left  .... hours ago. ( il y a ... heures )
