on calcule :
21x + 28 = -24x + 20
soit
21 + 24x = 20 - 28
45x = - 8

c - vous aurez donc à résoudre (4x+1)² - 81 = 0
soit (4x+1)² - 9² = 0
comme a² - b = (a+b) (a-b) vous aurez une équation produit à résoudre
(4x+1 + 9) (4x+1 - 9) = 0
soit (4x+10) (4x - 8) = 0
