According to the author the Internet offers a great openness on the world but in the meantime he underlines the fact that something must be done in order to stop fake news spread on the Internet.

The second paragraph, refers to the First Amendment to the Constitution which stipulates that no law shall be made «  bridging the freedom of speech, or the press » .Tim Cook explains how Freedom of speech doesn’t mean people can say everything .This freedom is «  lawfully limited »(l.14).  For example defamation is punishable by law. Then, no one should spread false information that may be dangerous for « public safety » (l.18).
